Suns out, legs out!

You may have seen that on Sunday that we went along to the Love Supreme Festival at Glynde Place. Jamie loves Jazz and we try to go along every year if we can. We even went just as he started his chemotherapy three years ago, he is that dedicated! ..Love Supreme is over three days always at this time of the year. The atmosphere is fantastic and there is so much on offer for everyone. We did spend quite a bit of time in the Champagne and Oyster bus! A beautiful converted bus with tables upstairs that gives you an amazing view of the stage! Very handy…We always stay in Lewes at a lovely hotel called Pelham House but thousands of people camp like any other festival. There is VIP camping as well as the most gorgeous Gypsy caravans to stay in too! Over the years we have seen Soul II Soul, Chaka Khan, Gregory Porter and Earth Wind and Fire. If you are under 30 you may not actually know who they are but suffice to say they are all music legends! I think Festivals are great places to feel free, not worry particularly about what you look like and just be….We both very much needed this time

Anyway, what to wear! Well now I am in my forties I certainly had to think a little bit about this. As I am sure you have heard me say on my waffling stories I am not that ‘leg”confident especially in this country. For some reason it seems OK for me to get my legs out on holiday…I’m not sure why that is. I knew it was going to be hot so I went for the Oysho playsuit that I had bought in the sale for my holiday at the end of the month. It actually worked really well and I had so many lovely comments. I thought I would see what else was out there currently. These are my favourites, from very reasonably priced to more high end!

I could go on…! There are so many that I love currently and that I truly believe would suit all body shapes and ages.  Also   some real bargains to be had in the sales. I am not a great sale shopper. I shy away from going in store but everything above is obviously online. I just can’t seem to  see the wood for the trees, especially in Zara!! I think a classic black short jumpsuit works so well with tan accessories and a sun tan! I have one from H&M that will be coming away with me again. I would love to know if anyone has found any gems this Summer too…I actually keep going back to the above Mango one…I DO NOT NEED!!!

Thank you for reading
