It is the Easter holidays already? I actually can’t believe how quickly time is flying by this year. I am sure if you are on here reading this you aren’t currently away in an exotic location or zooming down the ski slopes but possibly trying to plan your days with the kids like me! Even now they are teenagers it is still a challenge..
As you probably know Jamie and I sneaked off for a few days for my birthday recently. Back to our beloved Marrakesh and a few days of relaxing, reconnecting and generally doing not much at all. It is a lovely time of year to go away and enables me to dig out my beloved resort wear.
Now as you know I am always really transparent when it comes to working with brands and very much only work with companies that I would buy from myself. This week already I have turned down two collaborations because I felt the style, fit and concept just wasn’t me. So to collaborate with a company like Beach Cafe when you have a slight obsession with resort wear and all things ‘beach’ is fantastic.
Beach Cafe aim to take the stress out of pre holiday shopping! They offer a range of swimwear, kaftans and the most beautiful dresses. They can advise you on the perfect fit and also offer online style advice.
I am aware this selection won’t be for everyone and that it is slightly higher end than my usual fashion posts but it IS what I love….
Beach Cafe asked me to chose a dress from their huge collection which range across a number of brands and designers. I adore Love Shack Fancy as a brand so instantly gravitated towards them. This dress is totally my holiday style and a dress that I know that I will use year after year. It feels special and ‘girly’. I had so many comments at the hotel, it was lovely!
So I won’t waffle on anymore! Below I have put together a selection of my favourite dresses. All very much my style and all that I would wear every year on holiday …..
So I think if you are like me and enjoy wearing something special while you are away then hopefully this has given you a few ideas or at least some inspiration. We haven’t booked our summer holiday yet, it is the next thing on our list to do. Always exciting but slightly more complicated and definitely more costly as the kids get older!
